In a small bowl combine 2 Tablespoons yeast and 1/2 cup water and let rest.
In a separate small bowl, beat 2 eggs & 1/2 cup Canola oil.
Mix 6 cups flour with 1/2 cup dry milk, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 Tablespoon salt and mix together.
Create hole in the middle of the dry mix and pour 2 cups of warm water (not too hot) into dry mix. Start mixing water in, then add yeast mixture, then egg mixture.
Mix together for 10 minutes in an electric mixer using a dough hook to mix and knead the dough. Add more flour to create the perfect consistency. (If dough falls from the dough hook too fast, then add a little more flour.) Cover the bowl with a lightweight towel and let rise for 45 minutes.
Cut dough in half and put 1/2 aside. Cut 8 pieces and roll into a snake, folding over like a pretzel or "prayer" and place in pan. top with melted butter. Do same thing for second half of dough. Cover with a towel and raise for another 30-45 minutes
Bake at 400 degrees. Check between 8-12 minutes. Rolls are done with a light brown color.
